Deleting your account
You can delete your Afterhours account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and requests the deletion of the personal data associated with it, subject to the limited exceptions below.
From inside the app
Open Afterhours, go to your profile settings, and choose the option to delete your account. You may be asked to confirm before the deletion is processed.
By email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing hello@thegoatventures.com from the address associated with your account, so we can locate the right records. Include a short note that you want your account deleted.
What is removed
When your account is deleted, we remove your account profile and the conversation content, companion memory, and media tied to it. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel active subscriptions in your app-store account settings to stop future charges.
